Academician Profile:

Ren Nanqi (1959.3-) took the lead in completing the world's first pilot test and production scale test of biological hydrogen production, promoting the industrialization process of biological hydrogen production technology. The theory, technology and equipment for integrated treatment of high concentration industrial organic wastewater are developed. He has conducted studies on environmental risks and ecological safety of persistent toxic substances in large-scale environments, and established the International Joint Research Center for Persistent Toxic Substances. The construction path and technical measures of urban water circulation system 4.0 and sponge city are put forward.
